About the Artist
The world, as I see it, is full of hidden stories—landscapes within landscapes, symbols within silence, and emotions that surface only if you stay long enough to notice them. My art is an attempt to explore those deeper layers—not just of nature, but of human experience
Over the years, I’ve walked the hills and valleys of Wales, travelled across more than forty countries, and stood still in places where the air itself felt ancient. These moments, shaped as much by wonder as by reflection, find their way into my work.
I don’t paint what I see—I paint what I sense beneath the surface. Each watercolour holds space for ambiguity, for memory, for allegory. Many are painted under a magnifying glass, with fine details and veiled forms that only emerge over time.
My style blends the familiar with the surreal, the natural with the symbolic. I believe there is always more to notice—more to understand. And that in looking more closely, we uncover layers of meaning we didn’t know existed.
